Gillespie County Annex No. 2 was the former Fredericksburg Hospital and Clinic, which operated from 1939 to 1971 before moving to the new Hill Country Memorial Hospital. The original building was built as the Donop Hospital and Clinic in 1937 and renamed to Fredericksburg Hospital and Clinic in 1939.  

No Gillespie County Offices are located in this building.
