Honor FlightHonor Flight Trips at No Cost Information

Veterans applying for the Honor Flight trips through Honor Flight Austin may use the below applications [WWII, Korea (must have the Korean Service Medal on DD-214), and Vietnam (must have the Vietnam Service Medal on DD-214)]. By submitting your application now, you can get on the list for the upcoming flights. The trip is free of charge. Spouses cannot go on the trip. Print the application (single-sided) and attach a copy of your DD-214 or WWII discharge document and bring it to Tami King's office. If you want to go on a trip with another veteran, write that at the top of your application. The application will be scanned and sent to the POC.

Applications for the Different Eras of Service

Requirements are:

  1. WWII (Service during December 7, 1941 to December 31, 1946).
  2. Korea (Service from June 27, 1950 to January 31, 1955 and must have the Korean Service Medal on DD-214).
  3. Vietnam (Service from August 5, 1964 to May 7, 1975 and must have the Vietnam Service Medal on DD-214).
